A lot of customers have suggested bringing back Saturday walk‑ins, and we gave it a shot, but the truth is the demand is just too high. Walk‑ins turn into long, unpredictable wait times, and that’s not fair to anyone. We’d rather respect your time than have you sitting around wondering when your car will get in.​ So here’s the deal: Saturdays are now back to appointment‑only.

 

For all appointments - Please arrive 15 minutes early for check‑in; arrivals more than 15 minutes past appointment time will need to be rescheduled so we can stay on track.

All of our appointments require a non‑refundable deposit, which is fully refundable with 24‑hour cancellation notice. Why the deposit? Well, unfortunately, we have been stood up more times than a bad Tinder date. The deposit simply holds your spot and goes toward your final bill — no surprises, no drama.
