Weekday appointments require a non‑refundable deposit to hold your spot. Not because we’re saving up for a yacht — we’ve just been stood up more times than a bad Tinder date. The deposit keeps the schedule running smooth and goes toward your final bill. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just do it 24 hours before your appointment time. (Example: a 2pm appointment must be changed by 2pm the day before.)
