What we get asked most

Most folks like to book an appointment during the week so they don’t have to play the “Will I get lucky today?” parking‑lot lottery. You can book anytime using the Book Now button on our website — it’s fast, easy, and doesn’t require sacrificing a goat to the alignment gods. For weekday appointments, we do take an $80 non‑refundable deposit to hold your spot. We promise it’s not because we’re trying to buy a yacht — we’ve just been stood up more times than a bad Tinder date. The deposit keeps the schedule running smooth and goes toward your final bill. Saturdays are a whole different vibe:   Walk‑in alignments only. No appointments. No deposits. Just six spots and a line that forms faster than a Whataburger drive‑thru at midnight. If you’re not into waiting (or dropping your car off), a weekday appointment is your best friend. Just a heads up that if you need to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment, just do it 24 hours before your appointment time. Example: if you’re booked for 2pm, you’ll need to cancel by 2pm the day before.

Most alignments take 1 to 1.5 hours. Diagnostics or suspension work may take longer, but we’ll give you a clear estimate up front. No mystery, no waiting in the dark.

It is prefered that you do not drop with us the night before. We have limited room to store vehicles in the bay and we are not responsible for damages to your vehicle if it is left in the parking lot.

Make sure your suspension is installed and torqued down. If you’ve just lowered your car, give it a few days to settle before we dial in the specs.

Shawn does. He’s the Alignment Whisperer. If your car’s pulling left, he’ll coax it back to center with a torque wrench and a pep talk.
